A signed contract is not amended. Any change to the file changes its SHA-256 hash, and the verification page will then show that the copy does not match. The correct route is to issue an addendum correcting the clause in question, or a new contract signed by the parties, and to keep both documents together.

The contract stays in “Pending signature” and no obligation arises against anyone who has not signed. You can track the status from your dashboard and resend the link or get in touch, then cancel the workflow and issue a new version if the terms change.

Refunds are not accepted once the document has been downloaded, because the file is then in your possession. If a technical fault prevented you from getting what you paid for, contact us with the transaction number and we will review the case.
