Yes, electronic signatures are recognised under Egyptian Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004 and its executive regulations. Even so, some documents — official instruments, for instance — may require a signature accredited by a licensing authority or paper authentication, so consult your legal adviser when in doubt.
