Who we are

We make legal contracts accessible to verifiable professional standards

An Arabic platform dedicated to the digital contract lifecycle: draft the document from specialist-reviewed templates, populate it automatically with the parties' details, and sign it electronically within minutes — with technical evidence issued that can be relied upon.

How the platform began

The platform began from a field observation: preparing a sound contract costs time and money out of all proportion to the value of the transaction.

1

The state of the market

Businesses faced two options: engage a legal adviser for every contract, with the cost and delay that entails, or use templates of unknown provenance whose protection cannot be assessed. Either way the contract became an obstacle that delayed the transaction instead of protecting it.

2

What the field data showed

We observed transactions stalling because the contract was late, start-ups operating without documented agreements, and freelancers beginning work before any contract was drawn up. Legal knowledge remained available only to those with the time and the resources.

3

Building the platform

A library of specialist-reviewed templates, tailored automatically to the parties' details and signed electronically with evidence attached — so that legal protection is available broadly rather than to a narrow few.

4

Continuous development

We add new templates, update drafting as practice evolves, and extend our solutions to further departments and sectors — guided by what users actually need.

Our mission

Professional legal tools within reach of every business

That every business, whatever its size or budget, can prepare a sound contract and sign it with confidence within minutes, and hold a document whose authenticity can be proven whenever it is asked for.

The challenges the platform addresses

Four principal challenges in the contract lifecycle, each with a specific remedy inside the platform.

Time to completion

Weeks separate drafting a contract from printing, signing and filing it.

Remedy: a complete digital cycle finished within minutes.

Cost

Fees recur with every contract and weigh heavily on smaller businesses.

Remedy: a template library at a single published price.

Legal risks

Unreviewed templates, unaccompanied by evidence that will hold up in a dispute.

Remedy: reviewed drafting and technical evidence attached to every document.

Limited access

Legal expertise is available only to those with the time and the resources.

Remedy: a platform open to every user, with no prior expertise required.

What the platform is built on

Each has its own page documenting it in detail.

Grounded in Egyptian law

Signing and documents rest on Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004 and its executive regulations, and data processing follows Law No. 151 of 2020.

Compliance

Technical evidence, not a picture of a signature

Every document carries a SHA-256 hash, an audit trail, a verification number and a QR code, so either party can confirm its authenticity at any time.

The signing certificate

Arabic first, English where needed

The platform was built for Arabic from the ground up, and a number of templates are also available in English for dealings with parties outside Egypt.

Identity verification before signing

A one-time passcode (OTP) to confirm the signatory, and a higher tier through identity confirmation where stronger evidence is required.

Identity verification

Multiple parties in a defined order

A single contract signed by several parties: in sequence where order matters, or in parallel where it does not.

Multi-party signing

Security and disclosure

TLS 1.3 in transit and encryption at rest, a record of every action taken on a document, and an explicit statement of what the platform does and does not provide.

The limits of the service — stated plainly

  • The platform claims no international accreditation and no third-party external audit. What is stated about security describes our own practices; it is not a certification issued by anyone else.
  • The platform is not a law firm and does not give legal advice on any particular matter. The templates are tools for speeding up preparation; the drafting of any material document should be reviewed with a legal adviser.
  • For certain instruments the law requires an official form or notarisation before a competent authority; an electronic signature does not suffice in those cases, and the platform flags this.
  • Weighing the value of evidence remains a matter for the court. Our role is to provide the strongest possible technical proof of the signing and its timing.

The impact we aim for

We regard access to legal protection as a right, not a privilege.

Widening legal access

Lowering the cost barrier that keeps individuals and small businesses from sound contracts.

Supporting emerging businesses

Enabling freelancers and start-ups to protect their rights without a dedicated legal budget.

Sharing knowledge

A free knowledge centre and blog that raise awareness of how contracts work.

Reducing environmental impact

Going fully digital cuts paper, printing and travel.
