By this contract concluded between the two parties whose full data is stated in the attached contracting form, referred to herein as “the First Party” (SEO service provider / agency) and “the Second Party” (client / website owner), collectively referred to as “the Parties.” In accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Civil Code No. 131 of 1948, the Commercial Law No. 17 of 1999, the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Law No. 82 of 2002, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, the Electronic Commerce Regulation Law No. 15 of 2022, the Anti-Cyber Crimes Law No. 175 of 2018, and the laws and regulations in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, this agreement aims to regulate the relationship of providing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services between the First Party (SEO service provider / agency) and the Second Party (client / website owner), where the agency commits to improving the visibility of the client’s website in the organic (unpaid) search engine results, through integrated strategies that include keyword analysis, content optimization, technical performance optimization, link building, performance monitoring, and providing periodic reports, with the aim of increasing the number of qualified visitors, improving the website's ranking in search results, and enhancing brand awareness, in exchange for an agreed payment, in accordance with the best practices and global standards for search engine optimization, while adhering to the search engine policies (Google Webmaster Guidelines) and the laws governing electronic marketing in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The two parties have agreed to the following:

1- The following words and phrases - wherever they appear in this contract - shall have the meanings set forth beside each of them, unless the context of the text requires a different meaning:

2- The Contract: refers to this SEO improvement agreement in its entirety, including all its terms and annexes, and its preamble shall constitute an integral part of it.

3- SEO Service Provider / The Agency: the first party in this contract, being the company specialized in providing SEO services and improving the visibility of websites in organic search results.

4- The Client: the second party in this contract, being the owner or responsible party for the website, who requests SEO services for their site.

5- The Website: the client's website that is being improved under this contract, as specified in Article (2) of this contract.

6- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): a set of activities and strategies aimed at improving the visibility of the website in organic (unpaid) search results, and increasing the number of qualified visitors.

7- Keywords: the words and phrases that the target audience uses to search for the products or services provided by the client, which are targeted in the SEO strategy.

8- On-Page SEO: the improvement of internal site elements, such as content, titles, meta descriptions, internal links, site structure, loading speed, and mobile compatibility.
